2008 New Mexico Recycling and Composting

Facility Operator Certification Courses

The NMRC and the New Mexico State Environment Department: Solid Waste Bureau will host two recycling courses and two composting coures in 2008.  We have increased our maximum course size to hold 35 students, in hopes of meeting demands for these certification courses. Remember to register as early as possible to be assured a seat in the course.

Payment arrangements must be made before attending the course either by actual payment or by PO number. If a municipality or business has an outstanding due payment, they can not send any registrants to courses until that past due invoice has been paid. There will  be a $25 cancellation fee is you do not notify us before the late registration date.

State Solid Waste Rules require that public and private solid waste facilities have certified operators. These courses enable operators to become certified! Call Charles Ferguson at (505) 762-3728 to check on your certification status.
